Uncovered monthly parking at a remote enabled parking lot. Spaces at our parking lot are numbered, reserved and you will have 24-hour access to park and lock your vehicle.
This rate is valid only for sedans. If you are driving an oversize vehicle (SUV or minivan), please select the corresponding option prior to purchase.
IMPORTANT:
(1) You must choose the 1st of the month as your start date. The monthly billing cycle starts on the 1st of the month, and its period is the 1st through the end of that same month. There is no prorated pricing. If you choose a start date other than the 1st, you automatically lose the days prior. For example, if you choose the 15th as your start date, your monthly parking would only be valid until the last day (30th or 31st) of the month.
(2) You must purchase at least 2 business days before your start date, to allow sufficient time for the parking lot office to process your monthly sign up.
(3) This monthly parking purchase requires at least a three-month commitment. Your ParkWhiz monthly purchase is valid for your first month of parking; subsequent months will be paid to Parking Systems.
(4) This location requires an additional one-time fee of $25 to be paid for the barcoded sticker for access to the parking lot
