This parking lot is between Eleven City Diner and Lowcountry South Loop. To the west of the lot is a section of El tracks, running north-south. Look for a white sign on a pole; the sign has a large blue 'P' along with the words "Park - Operated by Peoples Auto Parking" in blue.
