Arrival Instructions: Pull up in front of the hotel under the porte-cochère, head to front desk. Show your email confirmation to the front desk on your smartphone or as a printout. You will sign a form and will be provided with a ticket to put on your car dashboard. The front desk will direct you to the parking lot. Remember to check with your airline and the airport for their recommended arrival time before your flight. Allow for extra time, as the airport shuttle operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and you might not be able to board the first one available. Departure Instructions: After collecting your luggage, proceed to Door 8 on the ground level, where hotel courtesy shuttles pick up.
